Project Name : Gaga Games E-commerce Platform & Infrastructure

Ongoing full-stack development and infrastructure support for a high-traffic board game e-commerce platform. The project has scaled from 200–500 users per day and 500–1,500 monthly orders to over 5,000 concurrent users and approximately 1,000 orders per hour. Key contributions include custom WooCommerce plugins (pre-orders, deposit-based payments, and Stripe partial payment automation), advanced Elementor widgets for dynamic cart and product logic, and a multi-account Yoomoney gateway integration. Managed the full Yandex Cloud infrastructure stack: scalable MySQL clusters, Redis & Valkey caching, Dockerized services, automated backups, and CI/CD pipelines.
